Modified the canteen saver plugin
Front Line Fudge Bug
\-You are no longer killed when accidentally using a canteen before a wave starts.

\-Demomen must now be holding a sticky launcher before being able to use a crit canteen before a wave starts

\-Fixed a case where a canteen could still be used before a wave starts
Added map ratings to the map vote
Chocolate Rainbow Feature addition
When a map vote is initiated, you will now see numbers to the right of the display name, additionally when going to nominate a map. These are the average map ratings for each map, based on input from the `/maprate` command.

Fixed projectile weapons getting caught on invisible things
Chocolate Rainbow Randomizer
This issue was discovered in Randomizer, a repeat of a bug fixed ~2 years ago where projectiles could get stuck on slopes and such. This bug _was_ fixed by Valve, but appears to still happen on maps like arena_watchtower.

This problem is not exclusive to Randomizer, but we only appear to have seen this happen on Watchtower. For the sake of safety, we’re considering this bug fixed everywhere.
