Fixed a bug with Uberspawn that was preventing the Phlogistinator's uber from working
Team Fortress 2 Rainbow Chocolate
Uberspawn grants players an uber normally locked to Mannpower or MvM mode, this was to prevent it from affecting normal Ubercharges. However, this is also what the Phlog uses for its taunt uber.

This bug has been fixed, thanks to Kent for pointing it out! (And to anyone else who did before and I didn’t notice!)
