"DEALS SO GOOD I'LL [$!$$] MYSELF!" - Spamton G. Spamton
The Store, otherwise known as the SCG Loyalty Store, is a plugin used on our Team Fortress 2 and Open Fortress servers that gives players the options to purchase cosmetic things for use in-game. The "currency" is credits earned from being on the server and normal game actions, not real money. Similar to the Donators system all offered items are cosmetic and not game breaking.
The store can be accessed in any of the TF2 servers using the !store command, from there, you can browse the available options and select items for purchase.
Command | What it does |
---|---|
!store | Opens the store menu |
!credits | Displays how many credits you have |
!gift [player] [amount] | Allows you to gift credits to another player |
The store features over 150 colors to select for your name and text. When purchasing a color, it will be displayed in chat before you confirm or deny the purchase, so you can see if it is something you like or not!

The SCG loyalty store was first launched on June 20th, 2013. It was originally created by alongub[1]. This version was eventually replaced with an updated version created by Drixevel[2].
In 2018 it was replaced with a totally redone version created by Zephyrus[3], replacing the now buggy and unoptimized store. During this swap, purchased items were unable to be transfered, however, credits were. As of 2022, a modifed version of this store is used. This version, modified by Rowdy, was updated to modern standards, excess code deleted, and many unused features stripped out to improve upon performance.
On June 19th of 2019[4], it was modified again by Fraeven and Rowdy to feature custom weapons and a better chat color engine.
