-Fixed a bug where your weapons appeared to still work during humiliation mode (Passion Fruit)
This affected the winning team in CTF games mostly
-The server now enforces a higher min cmdrate and min updaterate (Passion Fruit)
This is to help players who believe they or the server is lagging because Open Fortress by default has these values set really low
-Fixed the map vote appearing on mctf_redplanet after 3 captures (Passion Fruit)
-Fixed spawn-optimizer (Passion Fruit)
