When selecting admins, we're not super picky but there are things to keep in mind! We favor people who are friendly, sociable in the group, and knowledgeable about the game they are administrating. Technical knowledge is a big plus, but even knowing what to look for in terms of jokes versus serious offenses is what is super important. Past experience as an admin is also super great! There are two roles in server administration, a **head admin** and a uh...**admin admin**. Head admins are the go to person I trust to help disclose problems to me, suggest fixes for any bugs, new maps, that sort of thing. A person who is REALLY into the game they're helping run.
