If it's at all possible, I think the rules of VsH mode on Haleberry server need to be tweaked so that when the round gets down to 1 enemy remaining and it is a scout, that that scout's move speed is decreased to that of the Hale-boss they are fighting, or that the Hale-boss gets the movement speed of a scout.

It's an annoying issue when it comes to the end of the round and it is impossible to keep up with the last player alive when they are a scout, and worse when people call you out for using the Hale-boss' ability to fairly level the playing field against a scout.

It shouldn't be about outrunning your enemy, but out maneuvering them. It's not impossible to double jump over and away from a boss, so there really is no need to be able to sprint away, not to mention the knockback on the force of nature to keep a scout and boss seperated.

Summery: Scout to fast, at the end of the round the last player alive should have move speed decreased to the speed of perhaps the medic. It may be a good idea to also allow the last player alive if it's a heavy get a speed boost to medic speed.
