Discussion: Premium Internet with not-so Premium Service! posted in Archives

So I just got done dealing with my Internet Provider Verizon... ;~;

I pay $140/Month for premium internet service from Verizon so I expect top-notch service, they promised top of the line service and instant repair if anything goes wrong. So this morning I woke up to find that the router provided didn't detect a signal from Verizon.

I called Verizon Customer Service and after dealing with 30 minutes of automative service, I finally get an actual person on the other line. She obviously didn't know a word I was talking about and kept insisted that I was Lying and told me to "Go F--- Myself"  before hanging up.

After Constantly Calling back and being annoying, They finally agreed to send a guy over to take a look at the problem who arrived 4 hours later than when they told me he would come. After taking a few trips up the telephone pole, the technician soon found out what was wrong. 

So It turns out that my neighbor also just recently got the same premium internet service and the guy that installed it for them probably felt lazy and disconnected my Service and reconnected it to my neighbors.

What have we learned?
Rich People's Internet Service is no better than Regular Internet Service
and that I need to go learn how to "Go F--- Myself" ;~;
