I don't want to write this off in a way that implies we're a very hardcore serious group and I don't want to drive anyone away with this conversation. But we need to do something about people who refuse to play, wasting player slots and imbalancing the teams. Not only does it make the game hard to play for those trying to do so, it creates tension between the two types of people which leads to many fights I've had to break up. I'd like to ask everyone as a community to discuss this topic together and see if we can come up with a solution, a rule or something, that will help us all get past this without angering anyone.
