Is there a mod that could allow a chest (tethered to a player) to move items (only vanilla) between both servers? i.e.:  move cobble from Herraberry to Boisonberry. Move iron ingots from Boisonberry to Heraberry Heraberry is basically holding items that I've been itching to use forever, but can't get over because of nothing connecting the worlds like my redstone, diamonds, wood/logs, etc.
